SMP Sandalwoods Phase II

1. Booking & Allotment

• Plot booking shall be confirmed only upon receipt and realization of the booking amount.
• Plot allotment is subject to availability and approval by Shri Maruthi Properties.
• In case the selected plot is unavailable, an alternative plot may be offered subject to availability.

2. Payment Terms

• Customers must follow the payment schedule shared by the company at the time of booking.
• Delayed payments may affect plot confirmation, agreement process or registration timeline.
• All payments must be made only through approved official payment channels.

3. Agreement & Documentation

• The agreement process will begin after booking confirmation and required document submission.
• Customers must provide valid identity, address and payment-related documents as requested.
• Stamp duty, registration charges, legal charges and other government charges shall be borne by the purchaser.

4. Registration

• Registration will be processed as per the agreed payment terms and document completion.
• The purchaser must be available for registration on the scheduled date.
• Any delay due to incomplete documentation or pending payments will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

5. Price & Availability

• Prices, offers and plot availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• Final price will be confirmed only at the time of booking.
• Any verbal communication shall not be considered final unless confirmed in writing by the company.

6. Site Visit & Project Information

• Customers are advised to visit the project site before making a booking decision.
• Project details, amenities, distances and development information are provided for general understanding.
• Actual development may vary based on approvals, planning and execution requirements.

7. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per company policy and agreed booking terms.
• Administrative charges, documentation charges or other applicable deductions may apply.
